Crescent Bay is a spacious 4BR, 3BA lakefront home with stunning views and flexible sleeping options—including a private library with a sleeper sofa. The light-filled 50’ sunroom overlooks a wide, private cove and Smith Mountain. Enjoy large dining areas, a renovated kitchen, cozy living room with baby grand piano, rec room, and two 65” TVs. Outside, relax on multi-level patios with a gas firepit, grill, and Adirondack chairs. The newly renovated kitchen is fully stocked with an induction stovetop, air fryer, beverage fridge, ice maker, coffee maker (coffee and tea provided), dishwasher, and plenty of storage. A full laundry room and mudroom keep things tidy during your stay. Explore the water with two kayaks (one tandem), three paddleboards, and lawn games. The yard is level with a gentle slope to the water and two small beaches. Sleeping arrangements: BR1: King, ensuite BR2: King BR3: Queen BR4: Twin bunk + single bed Library: Queen sleeper sofa (private) Rec room: Queen sleeper sofa Sunroom: Twin daybed (Can accommodate 4 more guests for a total of 10 guests for an additional $35 per person, per night fee.
